In more upsetting news, Adam Yauch of the Beastie Boys, also known as MCA, has been diagnosed with cancer in his salivary gland. Although the cancer is supposedly very treatable, this means that A) there will be no Beastie Boys shows for a while and B) their new album, titled Hot Sauce Committee Pt. 1,won’t be released in September. As disappointed as I am that an album with a title that awesome has been delayed, I hope that Yauch recovers quickly and completely.

Get Well Soon, MCA
